A View From My Own Eyes

by on Feb.29, 2012, under General

My best characteristics are my beautiful big eyes. I love them because people always compliment me for that. They always tell that my eyes express a lot. My complexion is dusky and has sharp features .I even love the compliments people shower on me. I take good care of my eyes by washing it daily before going to bed and removing all the eye make up by using a remover. I highlight the eyes by using mascara and go for threading of the eyebrows. I have long fingers and always trim that and shape them. I use nail paints to highlight the nails.

Peaceful And Good Day

by on Feb.24, 2012, under General

I look forward to a good day with lots of fun, work and enjoyment on regular basis. I love going to work and always want things to be organized in my office. I always meet deadlines and love to work and give my best under pressure. During lunch hour, I always crack jokes, read newspapers and magazines to make myself more relaxed and happy .After office hours, I return home and take rest for some time .I love to look after my daughter’s studies and then I prepare dinner and we all have meals together at the table. I go to bed early to have a sound sleep.

Love Is In Air

by on Feb.22, 2012, under General

I enjoyed most the past weekend .It was my daughter’s birthday as well as my marriage anniversary. We did lots and lots of shopping, watched 2 movies and had a grand meal in a restaurant along with my husband. My daughter’s friend came over to wish her and we had organized a small party. I had prepared a yummy black forest cake, coke float, caramel pudding along with burger, chicken patty and vegetable fingers. All her friends enjoyed and they played 2-3 games. It was the most memorable weekend as my family and friends called up to wish both of us on completing our sixteenth wedding anniversary.

I Wish I Didn’t Get That

by on Feb.21, 2012, under More Posts

Out of all the things that I could have got for the benefit of having something unusual in the house I got a fire hose spare. Don’t even ask me where I am going to put it. It’s impossible to find a place under the circumstances. It is a lot bigger now that I have it in the home and I think that I made a huge mistake. I am going to take this thing somewhere in the morning and donate it to the best fire house safety community that will take it off my hands. Then I’m going to find me something better.

Go Green

by on Feb.16, 2012, under General

If I could change one thing in the world, it would be the environmental condition. Today the world is going through a drastic climate change which has a strong effect on the human beings, animals and tress and other things in the environment. Pollution is a major concern and I would love to contribute in my own little way to make this world a cleaner, greener and fresh place to stay. The day temperature is increasing day by day and the glaciers are melting which has direct impact on the nature and its surroundings. I would love to take the initiative by using car pools, CFL bulbs, driving without honking, preventing cutting of trees.

Traditional Vs Modern

by on Feb.13, 2012, under General

I love classical music a lot because it gives a soothing, calm and peaceful effect on the ears as well as mind. On hearing classical music, I feel very relaxed and enjoy my day. Sometimes on my off days, I just love to put on the classical music in slow volume and keep listening to it. I dislike pop music the most as it is loud and sometimes gives a headache on hearing it for a long time. The vibrations and the beats are sometime so fast that it takes some time to adjust to the beat and rhythm of the fast music.

A Place Worth Visiting

by on Feb.10, 2012, under General

The farthest place that I have travelled from my home is to the Andamans and Nicobar Islands. I had gone there on a leisure vacation with my family .It is an awesome place to visit and has lots and lots of small islands. We did snorkeling and could see the coral reefs. The water is crystal clear and the scenic beauty is breathtaking .I visited the Cellular Jail and saw the Sound and Light show. The Radhanagar Beach in Havelock Island is also worth visiting. I also visited the aquarium where lots and lots of marine animals along with conch shells of different varieties could be seen.

Keep Your Irreplaceables Safe

by on Feb.09, 2012, under More Posts

If you own a home it’s likely that you own irreplaceable things inside that home. I know I do and that’s why I use fire safe safes to keep my irreplaceables from ever needing to be replaced. Seriously though these things are real life savers that save your important family documents from criminals, heat, prying eyes, etc.. Recently I did a test with a few different models and found that generally they all do what they are purported to do, keep your valuables safe from heat, and any difference in price is due to other factors, like combination types, etc.

The Safest Investment

by on Feb.07, 2012, under General

If I had a $1000 shopping spree, I would use it in a jewelry store to purchase gold jewelry and coins as I think it is the best and the safest investment. I love wearing jewelry and would buy earrings and rings. The prices of gold have been increasing since time immemorial and I would love to gift some to my daughter on her wedding. As it is never possible to buy all at one go, I would slowly start purchasing for her to give as a wedding gift. Gold is also considered to be very auspicious in our tradition and is always given as a token gift.

Bringing Smiles On The Faces Of The Needy

by on Feb.03, 2012, under General

I have done different jobs all my life. While studying for graduation, I was cooking for some people at a guest house, but the pay packet was less and did not suffice me. I have done social service also and I like my job as a healthcare professional the most. It gives me the opportunity to help the poor and needy as well as I can look after the ill and underprivileged. I feel proud when I see the smile on their faces and I derive utmost satisfaction in serving them. The showers and blessings I get from them make my day.
